	&lt;p&gt;It is obvious that one of the first principles of marketing, and of course business, is to define as accurately as possible, an objective, a vision, the place you are trying to reach. If for no other reason than to you know when you get there. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Our vision is clear and easy to understand. It is to create a full service sales and marketing agency, capable of handling sizeable national accounts, based within Cornwall. An agency that draws on the immense talent present here but so foten forced to leave in search of prosperity. To build on the creative and entrepenuerual spirit alive in the county today which has seen one of the highest percentages of new business start-ups and small enterprises in the world. To develop something tangible and long lasting to serve as evidence of the possibilities open to every business in Cornwall today. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Our vision has a name. That name is Galileo. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;From today we begin a five year strategy which reaches its completion in 2012. This strategy seeks to harness the knowledge we have built up in two years of serving SMEs within the county. To utilize the sound strategic partnerships and working relationships developed both here at the BNI and outside of it. To lead our field and not be carried along by passing trends and unsubstantiated methods which often look more attractive than the results they generate. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;In short, our approach seeks to use a combination of science and art, logic and creativity, thought and action. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Our name, Galileo, has been chosen on the basis of this ethos. As a philosopher, mathematician, inventor and scientist he understood in a very real sense the need for balance in all these areas. &lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;A large part of our work will focus on the responsible use of customer or client data. The idea of measuring more than just average demographics, contact names and order history found in normal customer databases. We will seek to enable businesses to uncover the unknown and previously immeasurable, delivering enhanced and more compelling communications to their customers. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;We are researching and investing in new web based systems capable of recording and managing aspects of the marketing process; enabling us to handle the entire sales and marketing process as an outsource department. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Our services will fall into three distinct categories; short term sales and marketing campaigns; a full service outsource department and a continuation of our strategy and consultancy work.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;We are looking to work with clients who may be feeling they need to add to their current marketing activity or possibly frustrated that they are not seeing the results they expected from their current spending. We are looking to work with larger organisations including those within the charitable or voluntary sector within a consultative basis. We are looking to generate interest from companies looking at specific campaigns where we can be involved in the planning and delivery of those services. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Using logic in hand with creative elements and strategic insight we aim to provide long lasting value for both the client and their customers in an approach often referred to as ‘Relationship Marketing’. A label we are pleased to adopt. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Through appropriate fore thought, our aim is to provide clients with an unparalleled level of consumer insight. To reveal trends before or as they develop rather than after the event. &lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Our service is not for every company. It is designed to serve companies who have a clear sense of ambition and dedication coupled with the integrity to deliver on those promises. Where we find these qualities we promise to support those aims with genuine passion, integrity and empathy. &lt;/p&gt;
